Our role was to redesign the company’s commercial and experience ecosystem — aligning customer journeys, internal workflows and digital touchpoints to support scalable growth across residential, industrial and agricultural markets.

_Conducted in-depth qualitative research across customers, prospects and internal teams to uncover behavioral patterns, sales friction points and unmet operational needs across POWEN’s industrial business segment.
_Redesigned key customer and commercial touchpoints — including sales documentation, proposal workflows and digital experiences — to improve lead qualification, consistency and conversion efficiency.
_Developed a scalable brand and experience framework aligning people, processes and technology, enabling POWEN to streamline internal operations while strengthening communication across markets and business units.
_Contributing to the design and rollout of an AI-enabled pricing platform for a leading global financial institution, focused on transforming pricing workflows and decision-making across Global Transaction Banking through data-driven pricing generation, performance tracking and CRM-integrated deal management tools, embedded within a 17-person international multidisciplinary team spanning consulting, data science, engineering and design ahead of pilot launch and global rollout.
_Led the design of an upstream gas production planning and monitoring platform for a leading Middle Eastern energy company, embedded within a 20-person multidisciplinary team across consulting, data science, engineering and design, leveraging ad-hoc optimization models and AI-driven workflows to support production forecasting, sales planning and operational scenario modeling across company functions.
_Contributed to a strategic engagement with the BCG X engineering team to redesign the UX, brand identity and design system of an agentic AI platform, supporting one of the firm’s highest-priority innovation initiatives at the time.
